We partnered with Morgan Consulting Group (MCG) to develop a smart, scalable platform called RecruitersPlayBook™ — a real-time training and support tool for recruiters.
MCG is a well-established name in the recruiter training space, led by industry expert Peter Leffkowitz. Their goal was clear: build a system that helps new recruiters speak confidently on the phone from day one — and make every call more effective.
🧩 About the Client: Morgan Consulting Group
MCG has trained thousands of recruiters across the U.S. and beyond, offering online sessions, digital products, and live workshops. Their methodology — known as the Morgan Method™ — is widely used and respected in the recruiting industry.
They needed a product that could:
- Be used live during calls
- Offer structured training without overwhelming users
- Provide custom tools recruiters could rely on in real time
- Scale to many offices and users without additional cost or setup
That’s how RecruitersPlayBook™ was born.

RecruitersPlayBook™ is a comprehensive web application for recruiter onboarding, phone scripts, objection handling, and process automation.
It’s not just training — it’s a live performance tool, guiding recruiters while they work.

🧠 Lessons Learned
Building tools for live phone interactions means UX and response speed matter a lot.
Recruiters need structured flows, not just form fields. Every step in the UI must match the real-world workflow.
The right combination of Angular and NGXS made managing state and modularity easy.
NestJS helped us keep business logic clean and scalable, especially when integrating tools like AWS SDK or external APIs.
